Empowering you to navigate challenges with compassion."

Individual Therapy

You may look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside, you're exhausted. Maybe you're overthinking everything, feeling stuck, or constantly questioning your worth. Individual therapy is a space to slow down, sort through what’s weighing on you, and reconnect with yourself. I help adults work through anxiety, low self-esteem, , identity struggles, and life transitions. Our work is collaborative, honest, and focused on helping you gain insight and move forward with more ease and confidence.

- Let’s make space for your healing.

Couple's Therapy

Whether you’re feeling disconnected, struggling with trust, or just can’t seem to communicate without arguing — couples therapy can help you break the cycle and rebuild your bond.

I work with couples to improve communication, restore emotional connection, and learn how to truly listen and be heard. My approach combines Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and practical, real-time tools you can use outside of session.

Even strong couples need help sometimes.

- Let’s work together to strengthen your relationship.

Anxiety

Anxiety shows up in so many ways: overthinking, irritability, racing thoughts, sleepless nights, or constant self-doubt. It can be exhausting trying to keep it all together while your mind never stops running.

In therapy, we’ll get curious about where your anxiety comes from and how it’s showing up in your life. You’ll learn practical tools to manage it — and more importantly, begin to shift the deeper patterns that keep it going.

- You don’t have to live in fight-or-flight mode.

                       Low Self Esteem

If you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, minimizing your needs, or struggling to feel “good enough,” therapy can help you start to rewrite that internal narrative.

We’ll explore the roots of your self-doubt — often shaped by early relationships, societal messages, or trauma — and work toward building a stronger sense of self-worth that comes from within, not from performance or perfection.

- You are worthy of taking up space.

                                     Depression

Depression doesn’t always look like crying or staying in bed. Sometimes, it’s going through the motions while feeling disconnected, empty, or numb. You might be showing up for work or your family — but inside, you're barely hanging on. You may feel weighed down by hopelessness, guilt, irritability, or the sense that something’s just... missing.

I help clients understand the roots of their depression and begin to reconnect with themselves. We’ll explore the emotional, relational, and cultural layers that may be contributing to how you feel, and I’ll support you in finding relief without judgment or pressure to “just snap out of it.” Depression is real, and it is treatable.
- You don’t have to go through it alone.
